"Help! The country has me in its grip." These words I could yell, but I don't because I feel myself comfortable with the situation! I'm in love with Turkey (but not the on-the-street-laying junk!).
In this section of my site you will find pictures and information about the places I have visited in Turkey. I like to tell you a bit history too. Ever since I got interested in Turkey, I also got interested in it's language and history. Gathering knowledge keeps my brain alive and kicking. The Turkish language is filled with (old) proverbs, sayings and expressions. Unfortunately the language pages are only available in Dutch.
